§ 86-104. Exemptions and credits applicable to stormwater service charges.

Except as provided in this section, no public or private property shall be exempt from the utility service charges. No exception, credit, offset, or other reduction in stormwater services charges shall be granted based on age, tax status, economic status, race, religion or other condition unrelated to the utility's cost of providing stormwater services and facilities.
