§ 82-238. Speed detection.

The police of the city may operate speed detection devices as defined in O.C.G.A. §§ 40-14-1 and 35-8-2(11) as the same made be hereafter modified, amended, or superseded, on the streets and at the locations designated in section 82-236 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fayetteville.
