§ 86-176. Penalties.

Latest version.

Any person, who violates a provision of the ordinance, shall be subject to penalties as prescribed by law. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. Multiple offences could result in revocation of privilege to work within right of way.
