§ 82-210. Disposal if unclaimed.

In the event the owner of said vehicle can not be found, or in the event that the owner shall fail to pay said costs and obtain a release of said vehicle within 30 days from the date of its removal from the public street, said vehicle shall be sold after notice and advertisement, and the proceeds distributed as provided by law in the case of abandoned vehicles.
