§ 82-142. Loading zones; standing time limited.

(a)

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of passengers or materials in any place marked as a loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to loading zones are in effect.

(b)

No vehicle shall take on or discharge passengers when such vehicle is on a street except at the right margin of the roadway; provided, however, on a one-way street a vehicle may take on or discharge passengers at either margin of the roadway.
