§ 82-266. Liability.

Each person using the recreation paths is liable for their own actions. Liability insurance coverage varies, and each person operating a cart on the recreation paths and public streets and those areas accessible by the public should verify their coverage. Nothing in this section shall be construed as an assumption of liability by the city for any injuries to persons or property which may result from the operation of a motorized golf cart by a permit holder or the failure by the city to revoke said permit.
