§ 6-8. Enforcement.

Citations for violation of this chapter may be issued by the city manager or his/her designee, or a police officer of the city. The citation shall be returnable to and tried before the municipal court of the city. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter may, upon conviction, be fined in an amount, and/or imprisoned for such term as authorized by the city's Charter. Each day said violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
