§ 62-79. Violations and penalties.

(a)

Upon conviction of violations of this section for the first time, an adult, parent, guardian or owner, operator or employee of an establishment shall be given a warning citation. Upon further convictions, an adult, parent, guardian or owner, operator or employee of an establishment shall be punished as provided in article II of this chapter. Except as otherwise provided, each violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Adjudication of violations of this article by minors shall be made in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 15-11-1 et seq.
