§ 46-3.9. Violations.

Any operator who fails to furnish any return required to be made, or who fails or refuses to furnish a supplemental return or other data required by the city, or who renders a false or fraudulent return, shall be punished as set forth in the City Charter Section 7.04(c) and/or O.C.G.A. § 48-13-52.
