§ 43-11. Zoning.

All officials and employees are deemed subject to O.C.G.A. §§ 36-67A-2 and 36-67A-3 and shall make the disclosures required therein, and shall be subject to the penalties therein stated. Any official required to make the disclosures set forth in O.C.G.A. § 36-67A-2 or 36-67A-3, or as otherwise provided in this Code shall be prohibited from participating in the zoning matter in which such official or employee has a direct or indirect interest. A violation of the aforesaid provisions of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated shall also constitute a violation of this chapter.
