§ 18-251. One and two family dwelling code adopted.

The International Residential Code (IRC), defined as the Georgia State Minimum Standard One and Two Family Dwelling Code, as set forth in O.C.G.A. § 8-2-20, as it may hereafter be amended or revised, is hereby adopted, and shall supersede the standard building code for construction of single-family housing and duplexes. And shall include International Residential Code: Appendix S Tiny Houses.
