§ 18-226. Housing code adopted.

The International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), defined as the Georgia State Minimum Standard Property Maintenance Code at O.C.G.A. § 8-2-20, as it may hereafter be amended or revised, is hereby adopted as the official housing code of the City of Fayetteville.
